The Partners of Pivot have been in the Commercial, Multifamily and Mixed-Use Real Estate Development, Investment and Management business for multiple decades. They have developed multiple Multifamily assets in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. These projects include: three story garden communities, four story surfaced parked communities with elevators, four and five story communities with parking garages, five story communities over two-stories of parking.
