We are the face of the company and are directly involved in all development activities including site selection, contract negotiations, architecture, equity, debt, zoning, entitlements, construction activity and completion, property management and asset management.
Pivot also has outstanding relationships with city & state governments to develop their Multifamily projects, they have worked closely with governmental authorities to create outstanding projects that the developer and city will appreciate for many years to come. Some of our developments have also including working with the authorities on TIF (Tax Increment Financing) Tax abatement, land swaps, land donation to the governmental authority for community space, parks and recreation. Pivot only focuses on developing outstanding communities in the best submarkets that fit their investment, development and management requirements.
The Partners of Pivot have been in the Commercial, Multifamily and Mixed-Use Real Estate Development, Investment and Management business for multiple decades. They have developed multiple Multifamily assets in Indiana, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, New Mexico and Colorado. These projects include: three story garden communities, four story surfaced parked communities with elevators, four and five story communities with parking garages, five story communities over two-stories of parking. We create communities that fit the neighborhood creating a sense of place for future generations.
